Cyrus Pacific Law was founded by Daniel Galdjie, Esq. in 2013.
Daniel’s experience is concentrated in real estate transactions, estate planning, and general business litigation.
Daniel is also a principal at Cyrus Pacific, LLC a real estate development and investment company that specializes in multi-family investments in Southern California.
Prior to founding Cyrus Pacific Law, Daniel worked in the in-house counsel group of the Westland Real Estate Group, was a member of the Harrison Institute’s Housing and Community Development legal clinic, and clerked for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
Daniel received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he graduated cum laude, and his law degree from Georgetown University. He is a member of the California Bar.
Ayal Bainvoll

Ayal Bainvoll is a California attorney specializing in premarital agreements.

Previously, Ayal practiced at leading corporate and real estate firms, where he structured and negotiated sophisticated agreements, managed multi-party transactions, and developed a reputation for meticulous drafting. This experience now informs his prenup work, allowing him to anticipate issues, prevent future disputes, and build agreements that stand up to scrutiny under California law.
A Los Angeles native, Ayal values the trust his clients place in him during an emotionally sensitive process. His approach is empathetic, transparent, and solutions-oriented—helping couples lay a strong legal foundation for a healthy marriage.
Outside of his practice, Ayal is an avid tennis player, scuba diver, and devoted Clippers fan. He enjoys wine collecting, travel, and supporting causes that reflect his values. Above all, he is a proud father of three.
